PRE-ORDERS
Cancelation of a Pre-Order is refundable in the form of a gift card and not the original form of payment.All pre-orders are special orders and ordered when you purchase.Please allow up to 21 days after an estimated pre-order ship date for your order to ship. Late pre orders will only be refunded to original form of payment method after 30 business days from promised date. (example a late December preorder is dec 30th. Therefore the promised date starts at Dec 30th) On occasion we experience shipping delays and will keep you updated.
Orders with items that have different arrival dates will not ship out until all of the items are in stock. This includes Pre Order, Pre Sale and In Stock items.
We ship when the order is complete and not partial shipments.If you wish to have your order split there will be an additional shipping fee of $5 per each time the order is split.

Benefits Explained:
Bamboo is extremely breathable. As a result, it is able to keep the wearer almost two degrees cooler in the heat and noticeably warmer in the cold. Bamboo fabric is also anti-static and UV protective as it cuts out 98 per cent of harmful UV rays providing the wearer with another beneficial quality from bamboo made clothing.
For the best maintenance of bamboo clothing, it should be washed using the gentle cycle, cold or lukewarm water, where line dried is preferred. It is best to refrain from machine drying even on low heat as it may cause the garment to loose its shape sooner than if you line dried only. If necessary, it should be ironed on low heat and never with a steamer.
