Processing/Shipping: 
Normal Ship Times 2-4 Business Days before an order ships. (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS). Orders placed during promotional sales can extend our shipping schedule up to 14 business days from date of order.

UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air are the only 2 options that will expedite your order and have it processed immediately. UPS Ground and USPS Priority do not expedite your order as it is a basic shipping option aside from our flat rate option. Should you choose Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air or If you need expedited shipping on an order please contact customer service at info@charliesproject.com to let us know!

The shipping option you choose does not include our processing time. This is only the length of time it takes once the carrier receives your package and we are not held responsible for timeframe the carrier provides. 

Time to ship may vary depending on weather, promotions, size of order and any natural disasters or pandemics.

SHIPPING/TRACKING

Please allow 2-3 Business Days for your USPS tracking to update. Please keep in mind the Saturday & Sunday is not considered a business day. First Class mail tends to update less frequently. Unfortunately we do not have access to further information from the USPS.
Otherwise, If your order is a day or 2 behind there is no need to email as we are currently processing it. 

Shipping to APO/FPO please allow up to 2 months for delivery as we are not responsible for the time frame of military base mail delivery.
