Pre Sale orders differ from Pre Orders as the items have been ordered with the factory and a limited amount remain available.

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it's officially released or available in stock, essentially reserving a copy by placing an order and usually paying in advance, guaranteeing they will receive the item as soon as it becomes available.
